Why wonэt Windows Live msn Messenger download on my computer?

I am really angry grrrr!!!!!!! why wont my laptop let me download messenger plus!!!!!?

well i have msn (windows live messenger) not the latest version but one of the new ones, and when i go on the link to download msn plus it downloads just as normall but when i restart my computer(laptop) it just comes up the old msn!!!!!! i am so very angry grrr lol :Lxx pleas can anyone help PLEASE

Relax. You could uninstall what you have and remove it completely and only download the latest.
