How do you get rid of contact mail for Yahoo mail?

How do you contact Yahoo? My Messenger will not notify me of new mail received....How will it get fixed?

• I need help....The new Yahoo Messenger 8 will not tell me when I have new mail.....I have tried Yahoo answers and still cant get a solution to the problem....I wanna email Yahoo but ...cant get to any area to do so....Would like to have the problem fixed....Can someone please help me...

  have you tried going to the Messenger home page and checking their FAQ and answer sections? I wrote them once, and got a form response that because it's a beta, they don't have much in the way of support. I assume you did go into to preferences>alerts & sounds and scrolled down to "I receive a message in Yahoo Mail" (you need to set options individually if you want different notifications)...I'm using the beta at work (gave me errors at home so I went back to an older version), and when I installed it the first time, I think it might have defaulted to no notification. I have mine set without sounds, but checked to displaying an icon and showing a message, and it works fine.
