I have downloaded Yahoo messenger but after installation i cant see the yahoo messenger but i can see the toolbar and yahoo browsing sevice

Go to Start - Programs - Yahoo Messenger - Run the shortcut (Please note:: applicable only for Windows)

Ok If you messenger is installed correctly then go to add/remove program and that is there yahoo messenger is in the list or not. if yes then go as follows My computer --> C:/ -----> program folder ---> yahoo --> here you will found yahoomessenger.exe file right click on that and send to desktop for shortcut and close the window. now you will have yahoo messenger shortcut on desktop click/double click to open it.
