How To Transfer Message Archive From Yahoo?

I have a Yahoo ID & a different name for my email. My message archive for my Yahoo ID is gone. Where is it?

In other words I have one name for Yahoo Messenger and another for my email address. I had my Yahoo Messenger set so that it saved my message archives for my Yahoo ID. It took me forever to sign up for the new Yahoo Messenger and to get it to start with the right name. Now when it is open and I click to see my message archives, it shows me the message archives for my email address which has nothing in it because I'm signed into Yahoo Messenger with my Yahoo ID. I have no idea if it has deleted my message archive completely. I can't figure it out. Has anyone else run into this problem? Also, is there some number to call to contact Yahoo Messenger to get answers other than posting them here?

this may happen when you change your computer . i mean when you change your computer this is happen . another thing is that you are better to have a same ID for both . maybe you can find this in your program files in yahoo folder in the drive that your windows is set .
