Why do I get disconnected from chat?

Why do I get a meeage saying I'm disconnected from Yahoo Chat because I'm signed in somewhere else& I'm not?

I have the contacts box and request box but when I try to use them I get a message saying I'm disconnected because I'm signed in somewhere else. As far as I know I'm not signed in anywhere else, I also don't get any information about where to find what you are talking about, therefor it shows as if I have Yahoo IM but I can use it.
Answer:

I cannot say why but that problerm is happening to me since 3 days ago and I don't know what happens. I'm affraid that someone is using my messenger. Can anybody answer us what is really happening? Thanks
