i try downloading yahoo messenger in a school computer but it says i dont hvae something about the system configuration and that i need to be on a administrators account what do i do?

you can't..the school has the site blocked and only the administrator of the account and do those types of downloads..probably they figure since you are in school you are there to learn and not IM people
