  Here are the simple steps: 1. Click on the "Messenger" tab at the top of your Yahoo! Messenger (Y!M). 2. From the drop-down menu, select "Preferences". 3. In the pop-up Yahoo! Messenger Preferences window, click on "General" on the left-hand column. 4. On the right side, scroll down to "Signing out of Yahoo! Messenger". Under this section, click on the "Edit mobile device..." button to register your mobile phone. Once you've registered your mobile phone, you have 2 options in signing out to your mobile phone: a) If you want to always have your offline messages sent to your phone, go back to the "Signing out of Yahoo! Messenger" section in Preferences, and select "Always sign in to mobile device when I exit Messenger". When you select this option, you'll be automatically signed in to your mobile phone every time you log out of Y!M. b) If you want to sign out to your mobile phone on a case-to-case basis, click on the "Messenger" tab at the top of your Y!M and click on "Sign in to [your mobile #]" from the drop-down menu.
