    Not much info here - error messages etc. You need to keep your Internet Explorer up to date (IE 8) - even if you have another browser set as default. Make sure it is not set to 'Work Offline' in 'Tools' and has a red cross through the Globe allowing internet access Keep your browser(s) clean Download 'ccleaner' and use it daily. Run it through a couple of times,using the factory settings and the 'Analyze' control to see the files offered up for cleaning. Use 'Run Cleaner' to delete these files and then run 'Analyze' again to ensure all files are deleted Run the 'Registry' from the left hand toolbar but 'Save' any changes after opting to 'repair' errors.Never make changes to your Registry without saving the information. http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ Use the connection troubleshooter On the WLM sign in page click ( > ) 'Tools' > Options > Connection > Start This will show the test results for your connection - they all need the green check You can try and use the 'repair' feature or troubleshoot it yourself Maybe you can post some more info after you carry out the above?
