Why do I keep getting communication error in chat?

Why do I keep getting a script error when I log into Y mess & I get a microsoft error trying 2 go 2 chat room?

  • Every time I log in I get a message saying "Internet Explorer script error" what can I do about it? also when I try to enter a chat room it tells me I have a microsoft error and asks if I want to send report and closes me out? Why?

    Could you possibly be using the Beta 8 version of Messenger? If so...then that is your problem. That thing is chocked full of beta kinks and I dumped mine after only having it for about 3 hours! Just go to this site and scroll down to the 3rd section. Where it says "this is the most popular 7.5 version" click on the purple Messenger 7.5 http://www.freecreed.com/ymsgr-archive.html

sorry i don't have a answer for you about your problem. I dowloaded yahoo messger on my computer and i had the same problem your having. I finally had to restore my computer back to a earlier date. I have windows me on my computer. I had to shut mine down everytime manully. It got to be so much trouble. Please let me know if you get any good answers. My email is [email protected].
