Dear All, I'm using toshiba laptop windows 7. i downloaded yahoo messenger 10, but i cant call to anyone, calling and cam options are hiding. could anyone help me to resolve the problem.

Make sure the people who you're calling has also a yahoo id, as some features don't work when you have contacts from other networks. Also make sure you're visible as the application hides some features when you don't appear online to your contacts
