Why can't I connect to my Yahoo messenger?

Why cant I connect to yahoo messenger? Ive been getting an error code 12029 but ive disabled all skinning apps

i know that sucks it happened to me to try a system restore if that doesent work like it didnt for me i uninstalled it and reinstalled it it works fine now
