WHY CANT I VIEW CAM?my friends can see me on cam but i cant view cam.PLS HELP!!!?

Firewalls are disabled..i check the proxy settings too and tried everything else,before my friend cant see me,but after checking the settings and everything else,i get my cam to work,so they can see me now,but the problem is,i still cant view cam,i dont know what to do anymore...pls i need ur help out there!!! thank you so much!!!

Maybe, since you're camera is on, they can see you. But, there's might not be either turned on or there's doesn't work you should ask, HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
