I'm having problems with my Windows live messenger?

HELP!! Windows live messenger problems!!! 10points!!!!?

When I try to log onto windows live messenger, all it says is "Sorry you don't have permission to use Windows live Messenger because your account needs to be verified by an adult" OK so i do that, but during when there asking you these questions, they say "Can we please have your Credit Card Number" <-- SERIOUSLY?!?!? So my mom just said forget it and now im so worried because I NEED THOSE EMAILS I SAVED ON THAT ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!! please!!!!!!!!! help me!!!! is anyone having the same problems?

First, your mother needs to call her credit card company and put them on alert. Windows Live/MSN has no reason to ask for your credit card number for a FREE messenger. If you are going to any site that is not officially part of MSN or Hotmail, your mother just gave some one her credit card number. If you need the emails you saved on an account, log into the email account. That is what Hotmail is for. Windows Live only uses MSN or Hotmail accounts and unless you're under 13, they have no reason to block you from using Messenger. Something is seriously wrong here.
