I cant view the webcam of my friend in YM..HELP?

when she tries to make me view her webcam,something pops up and says "sorry,you are currently unable to use the Yahoo webcam service." does anyone have the same problem? PLEASE HELP? thank youuuu =]

Well, maybe you don't have the downloaded version of Yahoo! Messenger. Try dowloading it. Maybe your friend's webcam is not connected correctly.
