Is there a Yahoo Service for financial transactions?

I have complaint against yahoo messenger & when i compliant through reply the mail received by me just undy?

Phone Out Order Number: 80694836 Order Date: August 22, 2006 Immediate Charge: $10.00 This service is no use to me at all. Where as in Skype service I get the talk time immediately. Where in your service it is difficult to use. I am always roaming internationally and just to confirm your service I cannot waste my money to Indian card holder agent and find our so called credit amount etc. either allow me to talk immediately or cancel my order and return the money my credit card account. If i do not get the response i will send the mail to my bank to not to accept the above transactions. subramanian
