How can I contact a yahoo help personal?

I had signed up for yahoo voice out service and even had got balance in it. But still I am unable to use the same as there is no option of calling in my Messenger interface. Can anyone suggest me some way out or tell me the way I can contact yahoo personals?

Are you talking about 2 different problems? I don't know what "voice out service" is but Yahoo Personals doesn't have anything to do with Messenger. If you want to get help regarding Yahoo Personals, then go to the Yahoo Personals page and click on "Help"
