Why can't I see the messages on Yahoo Messenger?

Still i cant see messages in yahoo messenger?

  • im still looking for solution for this. my yahoo messenger dont display messages in the IM window. i can see the words that i typed but when i enter it, theres no any text in my window. I already did some of the solutions i found. SOLUTION 1 ~~> To enable scripting: 1. Click the "Tools" menu on your Internet Explorer toolbar and select "Internet Options." 2. Click the "Security" tab. 3. Click the Internet (globe) icon and click the "Custom Level" button. 4. Scroll down to "Scripting." 5. SOLUTION 2 in Messenger>click on messenger>click on Preferences>click on messages>in the first three categories, check the top option>click "okay", you're all set! 3. SOLUTION 3 Okay, here you go - Try this…: Go to Start - Run - regsvr32 jscript.dll - OK and then… Start - Run - regsvr32 vbscript.dll - OK It should work. I already reinstalled my yahoo messenger and even used an older version I also updated my internet explorer, java, flash, shockwave player. Is this a virus? Im using a networked computer. And i found the same problem weeks ago from one of the workstation that is on the same workgroup. I wish this issue will be solved

    You are not on your own with this problem and it is a global problem with Yahoo Messenger and I don't think it is related to your PC. There have been a lot of questions about this. I contacted the Yahoo Messenger Customer Care Team and they are looking into this problem as a matter of urgency. I am giving you a link to Yahoo Messenger Help page, and the help page for troubleshooting scripting problems in Vista and Windows7: On the first link, where it says "Search", try inputting "Script Problems". Select your product from the drop down box where it says:Welcome to Yahoo!
