How do I get on to chat with a real Yahoo tech?

Why do I only see myself and "Yahoo Chat Admin" when I try to get into a chat room on Messenger?

• I used to use Yahoo Chat a lot. Suddenly, one day when I tried to get into a chat room, there was nobody in it but me and "yahoo chat admin." This happens for every chat room I try to enter, regardless of the number of people in it. This has lasted for at least two months and I've tried changing account names but nothing works. Also, I'm not asked to enter the special identification code anymore before entering a room. It just takes me into the room and there's no one it it. I've tried a private tech support company I subscribe to in order to fix the issue, but they haven't been able to resolve it, even with remote access to my computer. Does anyone know why this has happened and can you help me? Have I been blocked from Yahoo chat because I said something inapprpriate? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

  I would say your version of Messenger is corrupt. It is not unusual for me to see just myself and Yahoo chat admin before the CAPTCHA is confirmed. I would recommend you download 'Revo' ( free version ) and uninstall using the "Advanced" mode. Do not restart your computer until Revo has chance to scan your Cdrive and Registry following the initial uninstall.(Ignore that command until all scans are completed)
