Why am I not able to connect with yahoo messenger?

Why my yahoo messenger is not being able to connect no more????? (7.5.0.814 with voice)?

  • I'm trying to connect my yahoo! messenger but it is not working. I would like to know if yahoo has disabled the old versions or something. please help

    I just spoke with Yahoo! customer care. Today, July 22nd 2006, Yahoo! experienced an outage which caused intermittent login issues for Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Voice, and some Yahoo! Mail users. While it wasn’t an issue to login to Yahoo! Answers and ask about the outage, some Yahoo! sites/products were affected. This issue is now resolved and you can now login.

I cant sign in either I think they may be doing some maintenance but it sure is annoying!

I don't use Yahoo Messenger, but my husband does and he hasn't been able to connect today. Maybe Yahoo is doing some upgrading...
