How to contact yahoo technical support direcly... i have some problem with my messenger, an d need their help.?

my messenger gone blank. many things i've try... still not working. some says let the yahoo tech support do the fix, and dont mess with my computer, rather than i'll make it worse. but... i dont know how to contact the tech support direcly, to ask and solve my question. so how?

It's almost impossible to talk to a human at Yahoo. I once managed to get a phone number. The phone was answered by a machine that screamed YAHOO! in my ear and said they were closed.
