Yahoo Messenger buddy list won't load! Help ASAP?

My Yahoo buddy list will not load. This problem arose randomly yesterday. I'll be online but my buddy list won't load so i am unable to see who is online and i cannot access the webcam feature. I have tried un- installing and reinstalling yahoo messenger as well as restarting my computer. Nothing works. Please help.
