Why can't people see the messages I send them?

When i log into yahoo messenger i can not see what i am writing to people & i cant see what people are writing

i can log on to messenger and everything looks fine but i cant see my messages or any messages that people send me....any answers for my questions or any suggestions help me please

try restarting ur yahoo messenger.. if nothing happens, try restarting ur computer!

the screen is on hide mode, go to desk top and remove hide bar,

only a suggestion..make sure u have the newest edition downloaded..7.0 i think..try that..let me look at mine if that doesn't work..we'll figure it out!!:)
