Can my MVR be cleared?

Why yahoo messenger ignore list is empty or cleared after a few days?

• i am using yahoo msgr 10..0.0.1270-us the latest one but when i add two of spam yahoo ids which i do not want to receive IM from they automatically remove some how!! i have already tried.. 1> updated yahoo messenger 2> tried to restart my pc if it is cleared or any problem in my pc (but list is not cleared by doing a restart) 3> tried to sign in and sign out if it happens in every login(but it was not happening by this and list is not cleared on login too) 4> I changed my password(if someone got it and clearing the list !!! i know there are very less chances but still no success) 5>in the end i changed password again and did not type it anywhere if some has put keylogger and keeping my passwords and clearing the list(again very less possible but i tried,i typed in my mobile and transfer it my computer and then paste it every time when i login) but after two or three day it is cleared!!! and i starting im from both spam ids i do not want to receive any im from them plz help me out! here they are Master Ccv sinner69 oh my god i can not solve this how could it happened to me heeeeeeeeelp
