Help with my Yahoo Messenger?

Please help me with my Yahoo Messenger and Verizon Yahoo Messenger Problem?

I have had a yahoo email plus and messenger account for a long time; I added Verizon Yahoo Internet Service and downloaded the Yahoo Messenger 8; ever since then, when I log in to messenger, Verizon Yahoo Messenger takes over and all of my previous contacts in Yahoo Messenger are gone. If I check my Yahoo email and click on the "switch to [email protected]" to check my Verizon email, I can not switch back to my Yahoo email account; there's not an option to choose from to do so, so I have to restart my computer and log back into my Yahoo email account to regain access. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

Yahoo only provides the interface for this service. Verizon maintains the mail servers. If you want to call up a customer service line you want to contact Verizon customer service and not Yahoo customer service. The Verizon customer service phone number is 1.800.837.4966
