How can I access my Internet Explorer history?

I keep getting an internet explorer error when trying to access my conversation history?

  • I keep getting an internet explorer error when trying to access my conversation history, it keeps saying it cannot access the site over internet explorer, then when I click ok it loads my history. can someone either provide a means for contacting yahoo support for this issue, or alert them directly please?

  • Answer:

Two different Histories, that's all. The Internet Explorer's history has to do with the sites and pages you've viewed while you're looking for your Messenger's History, right? If you're talking about sms chats, you can't erase them because they're never archived. There's nothing for you to erase. If you're talking about instant messages though (and those are NOT chats), here's how to get there and make your choices about what to do with them. To view your messages, click Contacts on the Messenger Toolbar and scroll to Archive. Click there and look for your messages by person's name and date of message. Once you find the message you can open it by double/clicking on it. Also, in the Archive's Toolbar, you can click Message on that tool bar and see your options for the message you just opened, including copying it. One more thing you should realize. The only messages archived by Yahoo are the instant messages you've had with people on your Contact List. No sms messages and no messages from those not on your list. I hope this helps, Yahoo Customer Care http://help.yahoo.com/contact/index?locale=en_US&y=PROD_MSNG&page=contact ~m~
