Can anyone out there tell me how to contact Yahoo customer service?

My Yahoo!messenger does not work at all! When I click on the icon in the toolbar absolutely nothing happens. I have tried all that I know. I have been to almost every part of yahoo looking for customer service and NOTHING!!!!!! I really would like to get in contact with them so we can have a nice talk. Any and all suggestions would be appericiated. Thank you and God Bless!!

Answer:
Do this. Go into messenger help and search for help on your issue. At the bottom of the help item you selected, theres something like "did this help", click NO and you can email Yahoo from there. Thats how I do it, but expect a 1-4 day wait for an answer, so be specific.
