What can I do when yahoo messenger says my PC is not audio compatible?

Whenevr I start Yahoo messenger after restarting PC it says that it has encountered a problem?

Then it asks to send error report. I tried recovering the PC be reinstalling windows. For a few days I did not have any problem. Then again now its the same problem. I have tried all versions. Please help me!
