How can I load my avatar so that it can show up?

My avatar stopped showing up in the preview panel when I try to change it.?

I've used the avatars for years, changing it for the seasons, etc. Now, it won't show up in the preview panel, nor will the options show up. Example: the hairstyles, etc. flash on, then disappear with that red x in the corner of the box, like when pictures won't load. Yahoo help suggests turning off any blockers that may have installed, but I have no idea where to start. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I can't get the avatar app to work either on my laptop nor on my pc. I'm hoping that the problem is system wide and that there will be a fix soon.

My only question involves your software and if you've kept you browser up to or near up to date? For instance, IE is now at version 9, so if you're using a version 6 or 7 maybe this would have something to do about it. ~m~

It doesnt work for me either on my sbcglobal.net address. It will only work with my Yahoo.com address. I havent been able to get the site to work.. since I changed into a pumpkin for Halloween week (wk of Oct 31) When I went back to change to a normal avatar. The site didnt work anymore. It loads things like clothes, hairstyles..but then they disappear. I had one on file..that Im using now...but its blurry I just loaded it like a reg photo. I love making the avatars, so Im bummed about this. They are making a new profile for everyone. Maybe it will work in the future. I talked to Yahoo but they were of no help. She didnt know.
