What is 'Enter Achilles' about?

What do I need to do to enter Yahoo! chat rooms through Yahoo! Messenger?

  • I have been able to enter Yahoo! chat through messenger for about 3 months now but now I am back to not being able to enter chat. I am getting that "it is taking longer than usual to enter chat, please try again later." The last time I got this message, I couldn't enter a chat room for a yr and half. I had to completely restore my computer due to a viral infection and so I uploaded the newest messenger hoping I would be able to chat again. No such luck. What do I need to fix to be able to enter chat again? I am really tired of this problem. I dont want to go another year and a half with no chat. Someone in the past suggested that I try cleaning out my cache but I forgot how to do that. Anything that will work would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss to figure out why I cant enter a chat room anymore. THis is getting old very fast. Please help me anyone. By the way, I have Norton Antivirus 2006 installed if that helps anyone.

    A lot of things with Yahoo is slow due to all the updates. Keep trying for chat. I try back after about an hour and sometimes can get in then.
