Windows live messenger wont work.?

hi msn live ,essenger wont let me send a message to one specific person and she doesnt have me blocked because she can talk to me but when i try to talk to her its says cannot sent message to all recipients.

exit out messenger reinstall windows live messenger see if then your contact can chat when shes back on line i have 2008 windows live messenger hope this helps you might have too many recipients
