What's going on with messenger (Server error?

Yahoo! Instant Messenger keeps giving error when trying to file sharing noncopywritten audio tracks?

• I dont know whats going on. We never used to have this problem, but since the past few YIM updates things have just been getting worse for the both of us (not to mention the archived offline messages is horrid now!) but we can send pics just fine, but 9 out of 10 times when we try to send audio tracks to each other we get this error after the other one saves it and it jumps to the end of the progress bar, then hangs for a few moments then comes up and says "A problem occurred while transferring the file "**FILE NAME**". The transfer has been stopped". And it's not copywritten, it's anything other than sound tracks that were created, but it does this too, to MP3's and OGG's and FLAC's, and WAVs, All I want to do is share the cool sound tracks that fit the area we are in within the game we created. So how do We fix this?!?! (Also we live in different states now, so it's not just like we can turn our volume up and share it with each other from across the room. And it takes too long to send via snail mail, pulls extra money for shipping that we don't really have or want to use on shipping when we can just do it simple like this-the way YIM was advertising it could do.. It used to work in YIM 9 and lower, but since 10 we've had occasional problems, now at 11 it's even worse with many of the features, why would we want to go to 12 if it's only gotten worse each time (not only in file sharing and skins and photo sharing, but also the offline archives get worse and more corrupted each time).   Your the brains here dear one on this stuff...I see they come to you for this. I was looking for you on your last answer to ask you this. I have the same problem/s that the other user has,if you could answer that,i'd be so thankful and so would the user who ask that.
