How do I remove Yahoo tool bar. I installed messenger and the tool bar came with it.?

when installing yahoo messenger please do select custom to give options of which programme you want install along side messenger

the toolbar appears in the add remove programs list you can remove it without removing the messenger

go to control panel > add/remove programs. You must be able to see Yahoo toolbar. Click on it and click "remove". Doing so will unistall only toolbar but not messenger. To open control panel, type: control.exe in start > run.

Try this: go to toolbar, and click on the icon with the pencil (usually in the left). It should open a menu. Find uninstall messenger, and choose that.

go to a yellow pencil beside the big Y! and click the arrow go down and you will see uninstall click that and it will go away
