Where are the chat rooms in Yahoo?

Where's Yahoo Chat Rooms???!!!?

Ok.. i use yahoo chat all the time but then i signed in my yahoo messenger and i couldn't find it (ChatRooms) .... i know we click on "messenger" then we click on "yahoo chat rooms" and then we choose any room .. but the problem is i can't find the option "yahoo chat rooms" , it's missing, it completely disappeared, So i thought maybe my messenger got old SO.. i uninstalled it, then i downloaded the newest version, but it didn't work .... so can someone please tell me what the **** is going on!!!!
