How can I enter Yahoo Messenger Chat room behind proxy & firewall?

When I try to enter Chat room of Yahoo Messenger, its not work properly. Some error message appear & logout automatically. The problem occurs when the user is behind proxy. Also the user cannot use webcam or not able to send file. I tried to solve the problem using port mapping bt still it's not working. I'm looking for a complete solution.
