Can you get the instant message history feature of Yahoo Messenger for the Web to work for you?

I am asking this because I have tested this out a few times and it is not working for me. I am trying to determine if this is a problem for most people who use it, or are willing to test it :D, or if it is just on my end, and a couple others I have tried to help with the same problem. I know how to use the instant message history so I do not need instructions. Even if you do not normally use Yahoo Messenger for the Web and are willing to test out the instant message history feature for me, I would really appreciate it. yes it is working for me! i think u need to contact customer care if you cant receive yours.! Follow my advice!

It works ok for me The only problem is you cannot select by date. Only by user So if you have 1000000000 friends and you want to see who says hello in day.... you cannot. You must check each user. hmmmm i wish they change that@

Mine is working fine. i click on "messenger and then preferences then archive and yes,save all my messages". To view them I follow the same steps and click on " View archive"
