Is there live yahoo chat for customer service?

Can someone from Yahoo customer service please explain why everyone is having difficulty getting into chat?

The program is not responding 90% of the time. When it does respond, it says 'signing into chat took longer...etc.' Does anyone from Yahoo customer service want to address this problem?

The answer is.......... Yahoo doesnt CARE that it's long time chatters cant get into chat. This is NOT a new problem!!

Hahaaaaaaaaaaa good one. hehehe "Yahoo customer service" (rolls on the floor). I doubt they actually have any staff for customer service. If anyone ever got a helpful answer by a staff member, I'll give them a thousand dollars. Or I would if I had the money. Sorry, I'm not laughing at you, but I noticed that yahoo couldn't care less about any problems their members have. They're probably drinking cocoanut jambalaia on some caribbean island and laugh at our problems.

the problem with the chat is happening every 3 or 4 months and get fixed after 2 or 3 days. as i can remember i'm not from yahoo care
