Yahoo messenger half of contacts are missing HELP?

Last night I had 49 contacts, today 26 they are all still in address book but not all on my messger list I was moving them from one list to another and then half disappered and I cant find them how caIn find them or will I need to delete them from address vbook and re add them

add them back if same thing happens again send a message explaining your error to the Yahoo service.
