Why can't I read page on the Internet?

I cant read any of my yahoo IM messages, i have all the latest updates, and it still doesnt work properly??

  • i keep getting an internet explorer script error notice, and asks me if i want to continue running scripts on the page. no matter if i pick yes or no, i still cant read my IM messages. is there someone i can contact to help me? the old yahoo IM worked fine. it all started after i downloaded the new yahoo IM 9.0 WHAT CAN I DO????????

    If just a new problem try exiting Yahoo Messenger and then relaunching it. Even try rebooting your computer. If both those fail to solve your problem then try the suggestions below. 1) The first thing to check is to make sure you have scripting enabled in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is integrated into Yahoo Messenger so things that go wrong with IE can affect Yahoo Messenger. Here is the yahoo help page about that: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/messenger8/messenger/messenger-27.html 2) In the Start Menu click on Run. Type, without the quotes, “regsvr32 jscript.dll” and then click OK. Next, repeat the process but this time type in the Run box “regsvr32 vbscript.dll” and click OK. Please note, if you are using Windows Vista temporarily disable the User Account Control (UAC). You can easily turn it back on. On the Control Panel (Category View) choose User Accounts and Family Safety, next choose User Accounts, and then click Turn User Account Control on or off. 3) If the above does not fix your problem and you are using Windows XP, you can update your Windows Script to version 5.7. In my experience helping others, this is the step that has helped the most people. Exit all browser windows and chat programs including Yahoo Messenger before installing. I can't open my hotmail message msn on my email. also on my yahoo when chatting with some i type in my message when i press send i can't see what i wrote to the person i am chatting with, they can see what i write but i can't see what they write

it's probably your security service on your computer but idk or you dont have and updated version of Java or something

This same problem is happening with my friend.. yahoo messenger.. 1. i uninstalled yahoo "again install to yahoo but not solved in my friend computer .. :-( 2. this problem by virus..we formatted to Windows XP, now it's working.. 3. if u want you can login yahoo messenger from : http://webmessenger.yahoo.com/ and see it's working there or not..? if it's working IT mean problem in ur O/S (windows).. Give me best answer point,if u like..!
