Yahoo chat rooms! where has the option gone?

I am unable to connect to yahoo chat from my messenger. The option "Yahoo chat rooms" is simply not availablein my messenger menu. This happened when I updated my messenger. How can I activate the option. Would appreciate your answers.

No dude I am sure that the option is there, you have to goto > Messenger menu > Yahoo Chat > Join a Room But if still there is a problem than I'll recommend you to uninstall your YM 8 and switch back to YM 7 because YM 8 is non less than a bug and it is creating a hell lot of problems.

you need to upload the usa verion of the yahoo messenger ,the uk version does not allow u to chat any more the beleave to many perverts on line so the stopped it ..
