I have always logged on with this current screen name onto Yahoo Messenger but tonight I cannot sign in WHY?

The details to this is that I log in using my current screen name and password but it will not let me enter Yahoo messenger. It returns back to the sign on screen. I know that I give the right info but I get no results.
