Where to download specific kernel headers?

Once I download yahoo messanger it will not run it says kernel.dll and gfsjsfj.dll errors what can i do????

    Did you restart your computer after it was installed? Also try to unplug PC and modem,if you have one.Turn Pc off before you reboot,and unplug. If this does not work you can reinstall it,or remove and then reinstall the software.If that does not work,Do you have a firewall or virus software? Sometimes you have to disable these before you download and install new software. Good Luck!!
