My yahoo messenger is not opening with my id and password but my yahoo mail is opening with password and id?

my yahoo messenger not open with my id and password he show me error [ try again and u forgot your id and password ]but surely i remember my id and password as well as my yahoo mail i mean inbox is open with my id an dpassword but my messenger is not opening plz gave me some useful hints so that can i continue my messenger and i forgot my detail like bith date or what useful information iam put at the time of making id so plz gave me answer how can i open my yahoo messenger

I can not get there new yahoo 8 to work at all and yet the newest MSN messenger can open yahoo files I think someone there is slacking off on there programs

are you opening mail first then trying to log into messenger? I just downloaded 8 and i log into messenger with no problems till i open mail then it logs me out of messenger saying i'm log on to another machine and mail works fine. As long as i don't try to use both at same time i'm fine. Figure that one out, lol.
