Why cant i log into yahoo messenger in my id, but i can log into all my chat clients under the same id ?

i have tried to log into yahoo messenger under my yahoo id, it wont let me.but i can get into any chat client i want to in the same id,,what could be up ??

Answer:
if that ID is useable on other services of yahoo or any chat client, then your messenger has a problem. either connection problem, or better just uninstall that messenger and reinstall a new one if problem persists.
