How do I log out of MY Yahoo?

Someone stole my yahoo account,Now I can't log into yahoo with my id or password.How do I get it back?

• A guy on my messenger sent me an im,told me he was a hacker and had stolen this guys yahoo acct. plus crashed his pc,he then told me he would do same to me if i didn't do as he said.Now I can't log into my yahoo account with my id or password.I need help on getting back into my yahoo account with my id and password.Everytime I try to get in touch with yahoo to let them know,says to log in,I can't so need help,any suggestions from anyone?????

  First of all, you need to go to yahoo front page and click on forgot my password. Fill out the information you used to open the account. If you don't know that information, then you can't get the account back, and you're better off making a new one. Secondly. In order to protect your name and password, please follow the following precautions: 1. Make sure you're password is a combination of letters numbers and symbols and spaces (this type of password is impossible to crack). for example th1s 1s 4 p4ssw04d$!! 2. NEVER click on someone's profile that asks you to sign into your yahoo account. 99% of the time these are what is called fake logins, and once you type in your name and password it sends it to someone's email. ALWAYS make sure you are already signed into ONLY yahoo.com, then click on a profile. If it still asks you to sign in, you know its a fake page, because you're already signed in. 3. NEVER accept files from ANYONE. Bad people send you programs or even pictures that contain key loggers. Key loggers are programs that record every keystroke on your computer, and send it to another user. 4. Scan your computer with spyware and anti-virus software to make sure you're not already infect.
