How do I get 2 yahoo messenger accounts?

How do I get Yahoo Messenger version 9 to accept my password? The password works with all other Yahoo accounts?

• I have worked with Yahoo Help on line chat customer service personnel and have the very latest version of YM 9 installed. I have even tried changing my password, no help.
