I am having dreadful problems with my Yahoo Messenger can you please help me.

Hello!I have problems with my yahoo password messenger.Please help me!?

  • I have always ticked the option 'remember my ID and password" from the yahoo offline window but today when I opened that window it shows me a different numbers of characters of my password. I clicked the bottom ''sign in'' and it works.But ,Jesus, this IS NOT THE PASSWORD I use.My password is from 15 characters but this one is from 8 characters. Someone did change my password??But how??I checked my yahoo e-mail to see if there are e-mails which can show me if the password was changed but there's nothing. What should I do??My password is very hard to guess.It has a lot of caps lock letters but also many normal letters combined which numbers.I mentioned that I forgot my personal information because I created this ID for a long time ago.I don't remember what question and what answer I choose. Nobody can access my computer, because is protected by a password that I only know. This did never happened to me! :(( I need your help!Please! I'm desperate :(( :((

    Hello, If you can be able to view the password characters, since you enabled the remember my ID and password option, you can use a software called pviewer can get from http://www.itsamples.com/software/pwv.html Using that software you can view the new password and then you can change it to new one. Hope this helps.

do you have a secondary email? if so you better create one fast and set it to your current id... anytime you suspect your account is compromised you can always change password back and forth...
