How do I log in to sbcglobal.net?

How do i unlink my yahoo accounts now that ive switched from dsl to cable? YIM is locked & I cant log in!?

• i had a yahoo email acct when i subscribed to att/yahoo dsl 3 years ago. when they set up dsl, they linked my yahoo.com address with my sbcglobalnet.com account. Now that i have switched to cable modem and cancelled dsl account, my yahoo email still works, but i can't log into Messenger. Phone company says the account is locked for 6 months after cancellation, but that Yahoo can unlink my messenger account so that I can use it separate from my old sbcglobalnet (dsl) email account. HELP PLEASE! I'm connected to my customer base thru messenger and can't wait six months to reach my customers! Thanks in advance for your help!!

  since you had subscribed it from yahoo, then for sure the yahoo customer service center is held responsible for your complains. you have to let them activate your account not to wait for 6months. that's stupidity. if they had linked it then for sure they can unlink it too. they have all the ways to solve their customer's problem esp that you had been their client before. you have the right to force them to activate your account as soon as possible.
