Can't log into my Hotmail Account?

Can´t log in to my windows live account...need help?

I´ve tried many times to log in on my account. I´ve checked my account name and password that they are correct many times( I can log in with same account name and password on www.hotmail.com) but not on windows live. When I try to log in..it starts to log in but then it goes back to the first page again. if you can log in through your mailbox of hotmail using the same account, but you can't log in on windows Live messenger, it means that the server is busy. if problem persists, try to uninstall that messenger, get rid of all the components of that messenger and restart PC before reinstalling again.
