Cant log into yahoo messenger but can log into mail help?

Cant sign in my yahoo messenger tried everything even downloaded new version,yahoo mail works please help?

  • tried all yahoo help advise and still wont let me sign in..to messenger , been that way for about a week now,, getting very discouraged at this point can you help. please i miss chatting with friends...

    has anyone gotten in to your computer and changed any of the parental settings, or have you done it by mistake?? thats all i can think of

If you really tried all the things that they suggested, then you should just contact Yahoo! by email and telling them the problem. Try scanning for virus too. Good luck
