Why can't I access my contacts in my Yahoo mail?

I cant sign in to my yahoo messenger ?

• its about 3 days ago , i dont know whats wrong with it , it keeps trying but without any success , when its trying to sign in i hear the voice of a new message and also the voice of my contacts as they sign in or sign out but i cant access my messenger , i checked my mail and my password and find that they'er ok i can open my yahoo and my mails but i cant receive the offline messages , i have deleted yahoo msn and installed a new one , also i tried on another laptop but still the same problem ???

  There are 2 possible reasons: 1. your firewall 2. Band internet connection. 1. Are you using windows operating system?If firewall is on & off you firewall for test.If you see it's working then include Yahoo Messenger into exception & turn on your firewall.Or if you use antivirus & turn off your anti-virus for test purpose. If still problem persists then: Check your internet connection by the following way: Go to Run>type 'cmd' command prompt will be appeared.type 'ping yahoo.com -t' If you see as follows it means connection is ok: Reply from 72.30.2.43: bytes=32 time=637ms TTL=50 Reply from 72.30.2.43: bytes=32 time=627ms TTL=50 Reply from 72.30.2.43: bytes=32 time=637ms TTL=50 Reply from 72.30.2.43: bytes=32 time=641ms TTL=50 If you see sometimes 'Request Timed out' it means connection is fluctuating.how much bandwidth are you using?if your bandwidth is less then it will also create problem for signing. If still problem check there is a troubleshooting button when you are unable to login into Yahoo Messenger.Click on troubleshooting check what does it says.
